The RS Series is a compact swing gate positive air shut off valve that uses a "guillotine" method to stop engine runaway. It is available with electric, pneumatic or mechanical actuation. When actuated, the RS closes the valve’s sealing element which shuts off intake air flow into the engine. It can be used in fully automatic or manual shutdown systems.
